offer the following clarification and meaning for the
expressions:
Off-Plan:
Where no building of a
property has yet taken place – plans and artists
impressions of the completed project along with a future
completion date should be offered to potential
purchasers.
New Build:
(In Progress)
Where the building of a property is taking place
– plans and artists impressions of the completed project
along with a future completion date should be offered to
potential purchasers. (A model show house may have been
completed to give potential purchasers an idea of the
standard of workmanship and finish to be expected.)
New Build:
(Completed)
Where the building of a property has been completed –
plans and artists impressions (if available) of the
completed project along with the actual completion date
should be offered to potential purchasers. (Potential
purchasers will be able to examine the standard of
workmanship and finish prior to purchase.)
Resale: Where the selling of a property
which is being re-sold by the original
purchaser or one of multiple owners of the same property
