17 Most Reported Reasons
"Why Brit's Leave the UK" |
TV news recently reported the biggest amount of
UK residents are leaving the UK for reasons that the
UK basically is going from bad to worse.
1. Yob culture, with knife attacks as well as death
shootings around the UK are constantly reported with
British news so dominated by reports of binge
drinking and anti-social behaviour, of hooligans,
drug addicts, paedophiles and criminals.
2. Loutish and wild behaviour on our streets have
all contributed to the many unpleasant issues in our
society. But the Government has totally failed in
addressing the problems or having any control
regarding the situation.
3. Laws and sentencing is also at its lowest ebb in
so much as it has in many cases become a farce which
results in encouraging many more minor crimes as the
fear of being caught is practically nil.
4. The multicultural society has eroded any mark of
distinction to be True English born and bred from
generations past.
5. Transport and the road system at full capacity,
with expensive congestion charges and rising road
duty taxes being introduced throughout the country.
6. Now we are going through MP related confusion....
of cut our carbon emissions to get us to use less
and on the other hand build another runway at
Stansted and another terminal at Heathrow to
increase plane traffic, contradictory double
standards of confusion making no sense.
7. Taxation at a very high level and the overkill in
growing indirect taxation is a scandal. Everywhere,
1) Income tax is up
2) Interest Rates on mortgage are up
3) VAT is up
4) Petrol price is up
5) MOT up
6) Food prices up
7) Council tax is up
8) Car tax is up
8. The government
are slowly bleeding the middle class and poor dry
with cunning methods of taxation and at the same
time many politicians have been taking advantage of
their privileged position by helping themselves to
taxpayer’s money.
9. We are and have been for many years still being
constantly ripped off on so many things we have to
pay for including our basic services, most being
dearer than many other European member states.
10. More and more are receiving more and more
benefits at an increasing cost to those in work.
11, The UK is slowly becoming less friendly, and
more and more are prepared to take advantage of you.
12. Our world ranking is slipping down the list as
many who travel, has seen other countries have grown
past our good times of the past, to have a better
advantage over us now in several areas.
13. We produce so much less now, and are at the
mercy of others for many basic requirements;
including Gas and Electricity.
Householders could be paying £400 more a year for
their gas and electricity this winter, according to
senior industry sources.
14. The relentless strive in life to have a
constantly profit motivated society that must
increase year on year, has now reach monumental
heights, with profits by several companies running
into Billions, off the backs of most of us.
15. The weather now has become a factor against the
UK as well, as we have all lived through big weather
changes in the last 5 years....from possible drought
conditions 5 years ago to too much water in recent
years with the damaging result to thousands of
homes.
16. The cost of living rising at a scary rate,
frightening forecasts of escalating inflation and
house prices out of reaches to so many.
17. Many, especially the more elderly, are driven by
a sense that the country is going to the dogs.
Recent
Reports:
The governor of the Bank of England warned on
Tuesday (17/11/2008) that inflation would top 4%
this year.
Chancellor Alistair Darling has said that there is
"no doubt" the UK economy is slowing and has warned
... It could even herald a return to the high level
of inflation experienced in the 1970s and 1980s, he
said.
Energy bills could go up by 40% rising from £1,050
on average to almost £1,500. Household energy bills
could increase by as much as 40% this winter, the
BBC has learned.
The increases could mean households paying £400 more
a year on average for their gas and electricity,
senior industry sources have said.
Unemployment in the UK rose by 38,000 to 1.64
million in the three months to April, the Office for
National Statistics has said.
That increased the unemployment rate to 5.3% from
the previous rate of 5.2%.
The number claiming unemployment benefit rose by
9,000 in May to 819,300, the fourth consecutive
rise.
The rate of increase of average earnings slowed to
3.8% between February and April, down from 4%.
Analysts had been expecting a rise.
If things continue for another 20 years in the same
way the past 20 years have gone, a lot more Brits
will no doubt struggle even more and consider
leaving these shores for a better and maybe fairer
life.
As Spain and France become
more expensive, many more British are moving
eastwards to Cyprus.
